Our Strawberry Preserves are like a blended scotch whiskey: we use a variety of strawberries to blend out the idiosyncrasies of an particular type while playing on the strengths of each one achieving a consistent flavor year after year. Large pieces of fruit, a happy red color and a lovely strawberry fragrance.
